Shipping Policy

Fang & Velour ships with care so every order arrives as beautifully as it left us.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.
• Orders under $75: shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, standard US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on carrier and destination. Expedited options may be available at checkout when offered.

4. Carriers

We ship via major US carriers including USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. Tracking information is provided by email once your package is on its way.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned — join our email list for updates.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

Fang & Velour is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (if applicable), or other events beyond our control. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support@fangvelour.com and we will help investigate.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
